- What are my shipping charges?
Online shopping can be fun, personal, hassle-free, affordable and very convenient. Shipping is often less than the price of gas these days! We use USPS or UPS to deliver your order. Your shipping costs are calculated on the Checkout page based on the actual weight of the products:

- Can I order if I am outside U.S.?
Yes, we offer international delivery, simply enter where you want to ship to, and we will calculate the shipping costs.
Any customs fees and/or import duties incurred on delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be.
- How do I return/exchange a product?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from purchase date for U.S. orders and 30 days for International orders. Please email us to request a return authorization code before sending the items, we will assist you with a prompt return/exchange. The following guidelines apply:
- Items must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed and unstained.
- Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a resellable condition
- Clearance items are final and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges
- Additional shipping will apply to exchanged items
- Items will be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by mail. Thank you.
